1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Jackson Grace website and services (the "Services"), operated by Jackson Grace ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of services

Jackson Grace provides AI visibility audits, optimization, and monitoring services to help businesses improve how they are represented and recommended by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overview, and Gemini. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are described on our website and confirmed separately for each engagement.

3. No guarantee of results

AI recommendations are determined by third-party platforms we do not control. While we work to improve your visibility across these platforms, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, mention rates, placements, or business outcomes. Results vary based on your industry, market, existing online presence, and factors outside our control, including changes made by AI platform providers.

4. Client responsibilities

To deliver our services, we may request access to accounts, listings, or platforms you control (such as your Google Business Profile or website). You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for maintaining any credentials or access you grant us.

5. Payment terms

Fees for one-time services (such as the Audit or Setup) are due as agreed at the time of purchase. Recurring services (such as the Growth retainer) are billed on a monthly basis and may be canceled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Intellectual property

Reports, audits, and written materials we produce for you are yours to use for your business once paid in full. We retain the right to use anonymized, non-identifying insights from our work to improve our methodology and services generally.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackson Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable service agreement. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
