When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your business name, category, city, and email address. We do not currently use website cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts beyond what's described below.

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your information is sent to Formspree's servers before being delivered to us. Formspree's own privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived at our site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. Google's own privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Data retention

We retain information submitted through our contact form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of our engagement and as required for our business records.

You can request that we delete the information you've submitted to us, or ask what information we hold about you, by emailing hello@jacksongrace.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
